J-Star桌面关闭“盲人模式”鼠标点击朗读，避免浏览器内存不足崩溃

J-STAR V2默认打开了盲人朗读模式，此模式会导致桌面打开浏览器时，内存不足（4B2G的情况下），浏览器内存溢出崩溃。需要卸载盲人模式程序，如下，复制到ssh命令行执行即可，如何进入命令后？ http://pi-star:4200
